Carrie Heitman (Artistic Director)
Carrie is a NYC-based actor and teaching artist. Originally from Michigan, she attended Kalamazoo College, receiving the Nelda K. Balch Scholarship and earned a BA in Philosophy and Theatre. She received her MFA from UNC-Chapel Hill earning the Louise Lamont Award for Excellence and awarded Honors in all areas of performance. She has appeared Off-Broadway, regionally, and traveled extensively performing in the UK, Poland, Russia and Malaysia. Selected favorites include: Emma in Phallacy (with Simon Jones), Sarah in The Man Who Came to Dinner (dr. Michael Sexton), Mary Beth in A Prayer For Owen Meany (U.S. Premiere PRC), The Winter’s Tale (The Pearl), Alice in Hobson’s Choice (dr. Blake Robison), Metamorphoses (dr .Joe Haj), Goneril (us) in King Lear (dr. Mark Wing-Davey), The Mystery Spot (dr. Holly Hughes) and others.TV/Film: Lipstick Jungle, 10 Days to Paradise, A Piece of Cake, The Patriot. Carrie is currently a teaching artist with the Roundabout Theatre Company.
Chad Lindsey (Artistic Director)
Chad is a performer living in New York City. He holds a BA in music from Valparaiso University. He has danced with modern dance companies, been in a boy-band (don't ask), and held other strange and lovely jobs. Most recently, he played Sascha in Pig Iron Theatre's Obie award-winning Chekhov Lizardbrain. He appeared in Liz Swados' Kaspar Hauser at the Flea Theater in NYC, and originated the role of Felix in the first production of minor gods off-Broadway. Chad's film credits include: Girls will be Girls (Sundance), Straight Jacket, Totally Sexy Loser, and Caught. On television he has co-starred on Blue Bloods (CBS), Royal Pains (USA), The Beautiful Life (CBS), How I Met Your Mother (CBS), One Life to Live (ABC), So NoTORIous (VH1), Undressed (MTV), Love Spring Intl. (Lifetime), and Vanished (FOX).
